Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "456em", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the 456em online casino and sports betting platform accessible at 456em.io and any associated subdomains or mobile interfaces.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 456em platform for any purpose, including browsing, wagering, depositing, or withdrawing funds.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration, through which all platform activities are conducted.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's account at any given time, comprising real-money deposits, confirmed winnings, and any applicable bonus funds, less any withdrawals or wagers placed.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spin winnings, cashback amounts, or other incentive-based credits applied to an account, which are subject to separate wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by 456em before processing withdrawals or granting full account access.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh, in which all transactions on the 456em platform are denominated.
• "Services" means all games, sports betting markets, payment facilities, customer support, promotional campaigns, and any other features made available through the platform.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which access to online gambling services is restricted or prohibited under applicable local law.

Acceptance of Terms

Failure to accept the updated terms will result in the suspension of account access until acceptance is confirmed or the account is closed in accordance with Section 12.

Eligibility and Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

The 456em platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. 456em operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately and permanently closed, and all funds in the account will be forfeited.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

456em primarily serves players located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the 456em platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. Players accessing the platform from a Prohibited Territory do so in violation of these terms and at their own legal risk. 456em accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from access in jurisdictions where such access is restricted.

3.3 Account Registration

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these terms.

3.4 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active 456em account. Registering or attempting to register more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a serious breach of these terms. 456em reserves the right to close all associated duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances therein without notice.

3.5 Identity Verification (KYC)

456em is committed to responsible player verification. Prior to processing any withdrawal, and at any point during a player's use of the platform, 456em may require the submission of identity verification documents. Acceptable documents include a national identity card, passport, or driver's licence for identity verification, and a recent utility bill or bank statement for proof of address. Until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed, withdrawals may be suspended. Failure to provide requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 456em login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. 456em will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.

You must notify 456em support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation or if your login credentials have been compromised. 456em will take reasonable steps to secure the account upon notification, but accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access where the player failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials.

Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

456em accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. 456em does not accept deposits from payment methods not listed here. The availability of individual payment methods may vary and is subject to change.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit on the 456em platform is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum daily deposit and withdrawal limits apply to individual accounts and may vary depending on account verification status, payment method, and promotional conditions. 5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted by fully KYC-verified accounts are processed within one to four hours during standard operating hours (08:00–00:00 BST). Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued and processed at the earliest opportunity. 456em does not charge processing fees on any deposit or withdrawal made via locally supported payment methods. Third-party fees imposed by payment providers are outside 456em's control.

5.4 Withdrawal to Source

Withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used to make the qualifying deposit, up to the original deposit amount. Winnings exceeding the deposit amount may be withdrawn to any verified payment method registered to the account. This policy exists to satisfy anti-money laundering obligations and protect the security of player funds.

5.5 Currency

All transactions on the 456em platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 456em does not accept foreign currency deposits. No currency conversion fees are applied on transactions made via local Bangladeshi payment methods.

Bonuses and Promotions

456em offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the point of issue:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 456em reserves the right to exclude specific player accounts from promotional eligibility at its discretion.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to applicable wagering requirements before any portion may be transferred to the real-money balance or withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• A maximum bet limit of ৳500 per round or spin applies when playing with active bonus funds unless otherwise specified. Bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated that they are stackable. Claiming a second bonus before fulfilling the wagering requirements of the first may result in the cancellation of the earlier bonus.
• 456em reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Where a bonus is cancelled after acceptance, any qualifying deposit that triggered the bonus will not be affected.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk or hedged wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings, and may lead to account suspension.

Betting and Gaming Rules

All games and sports betting markets offered on the 456em platform are governed by the rules of the individual game or market, as described within the platform's game or betting interfaces. In the event of any conflict between general terms and game-specific or market-specific rules, the more specific rules shall prevail.

456em uses certified third-party game providers whose random number generators (RNGs) have been independently audited for fairness. The outcomes of all RNG-based casino games are determined solely by the certified RNG and are not influenced by 456em or any other party. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game's information panel.

Sports betting odds are set by 456em's pricing team and are subject to change up to the moment a bet is accepted. Once a bet has been confirmed and a bet reference number issued, the odds are fixed for that wager. 456em reserves the right to void bets where odds were published in error or where the integrity of a market is in question. In the event of a void, the stake is returned to the player's account in full.

In the event of a technical failure that interrupts a game round or a live bet — including server outages, network disruptions, or software errors — 456em will use reasonable endeavours to reconstruct the state of play from server logs and either complete the round or void the wager and return the stake. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 456em platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended pending investigation, and may have their account permanently closed with all outstanding balances forfeited:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering more than one account for the purpose of claiming duplicate bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to place bets, spin games, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.

• Engaging in unauthorised charge-backs or payment disputes where winnings have already been received or where no demonstrable error by 456em has occurred.

Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 456em platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any 456em content without prior written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of 456em intellectual property may result in the immediate termination of your account and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

456em provides its platform and all associated services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 456em expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

456em shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to losses arising from technical failures, unauthorised account access, delays in payment processing, or the outcome of any game or sports betting market.

456em's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from these terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit 456em's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by 456em's own negligence, where such exclusion or limitation would be unlawful.

Amendments and Termination

456em reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, 456em will provide at least seven days' advance notice to registered players via email and in-platform notification. Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not affect player rights) may be made without prior notice.

You may close your 456em account at any time by contacting the live support team. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to standard KYC and withdrawal processing requirements. Bonus funds are forfeited upon account closure.

456em reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account where there is evidence of a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or where continued account operation would conflict with 456em's legal or regulatory obligations.
